Capt. Eric Lu and Libby
Lu and Libby are from Washington D.C. They wanted to go offshore and fish for Kingfish.With the ocean a little rough this morning we decided to stay around the Sebastian Inlet and fish for Pompano and Redfish. The tide started to come in around 9 a.m. Libby hooked up first and landed a nice Pompano. We ended up catching 4 Pompano. Next we went for the Redfish. The bite was crazy. Every drift one of them would hook up. They were doubled up a few times but just could not seem to pull it off. We landed several Reds though. We ran out of pigs and could not get a Red on the Pilchards we had. They did catch several Jacks. It was a fun morning with tons of action. Thanks Lu and Libby for fishing with attitude! It was nice meeting you two. Hope you liked the fresh Pompano.
