Capt. Eric Richard and Charlie
Richard and his Son Charlie are from Philly. They fish with me a few times a year. We started off in the morning in the Sebastian Inlet fishing for the big Sebastian Redfish. We had no problem getting crabs. The first hour of the outgoing tide we seen several big Redfish rolling. Just never could get the right timing to get hooked up. After about an hour the Reds stopped showing themselves.
We decided to go for some Permit. It took a little bit to get hooked up but once we got in the groove we went 3 for 3. A 20lb. ,22lb, and a 26 lb. The bite was on. We could of caught more but they were spent, lol. We released all 3 fish to fight again another day. The weather was just perfect today, with the storms holding out till the evening. Thanks Richard and Charlie, I really enjoy fishing with you two. Good luck Charlie with starting college. Don’t have too much fun!
