DCIM100GOPROThe weather was nice today. The winds laid down enough to do some Snook fishing. A little rain in the afternoon but nothing to extreme. We went straight to bait fishing. We caught about 2 dozen croakers in an hour. The tide was incoming till 11 a.m. We jigged for a bit while waiting for the outgoing tide. Not much luck with the jigs. There were just a couple of Redfish that we seen. We had one hooked up for a minute and it came off.  We never did get another shot at a Red. We headed out and tried for some Snook. Charlie did a great job and got one to stay on the hook and landed a 21lb. Snook. The bite was not to hot. But we did miss a few other chances. It was 3 p.m. and time to head in so they could make it north to watch the rocket. Thanks again guys for fishing with attitude.
