Gary

The weather has been really windy and a little chilly. Gary has fished with me in the past. We met at the Inlet Marina around 5 p.m. We had no problems catching our bait. We caught mostly pinfish.  Once the sun started to set we moved over into the inlet and started fishing. The tide was incoming. The Snook were doing cartwheels on the schools of Mullet. They were just a little too close to the jetty. We had a hard time not tangling with the jetty fisherman.

Once it got dark it seemed like the fish moved out a little to the middle. That allowed us to catch a few. Gary and the bite were on fire. He was getting a hit on every bait. I ended up loosing count, but Gary must of caught 6 or 7 Reds and 3 Snook. One of them was a keeper.  Once the tide slowed and started to move out, the mouth got to rough to fish. We moved inside and had a few pick ups, but just never got hooked up. Thanks again Gary for fishing with attitude, hope you enjoy your fresh Snook!

See you next month!
