Ben and Joe

The bait is thick along the beaches. Cold water still hanging around. We slow trolled some greenies around the bait pods. Ben and Joe caught a few small bonnet head sharks. Ben hooked up on the first Kingfish. It sky rocketed on the bait. Ben dropped back and was hooked up. Man that never gets old to witness. It was aprox. 15lbs. Joe who is 87 years of age. Yea 87, I couldn’t believe it. He was in great shape and was out in the boat fishing. Awesome. Joe was next on a King. Joe did great, he landed a 20lb king all by himself. It was very cool.  Nice fish! After that we wrapped it up and headed back to the marina. It was a great morning!  Thanks again Ben and Joe for fishing with attitude! see you next year!!!
