Sunny and Dean

011It was day #2 for Sunny and Dean. Yesterday we fished to the north and today we fished to the south. I threw the cast net first thing and caught about 100 maharah’s. We fished for Croakers but not much luck today. We caught 3 in about a hour. Well that sucked they have been super thick and today, 3. The water is chilly. The tide is high inside the Sebastian Inlet at 11:15 a.m. There were lots of Bonita feeding on glass minnow schools. We played with them for a bit. Dean caught two and Sunny caught one. They were good size Bonita.

We ran the beaches south and did not see much. There were some schools of Blue runner’s on the surface in about 60ft. We ended up anchored and chumming when Cobia started coming up. They like the Maharah’s because they were sucking them down like candy. It was a lot of action, Dean and Sunny probably each caught ten Cobia a piece. All but one fish was short. Most of the fish were 30″-32″. we did have a nice size keeper next to the boat that wouldn’t hit a thing. Man what a lot of fun though. One of them were hooked up the whole time. I even caught one with a triple hook up. That was cool. We fished them till we ran out of bait. Sunny and Dean, Thanks a million again! It was a lot of fun fishing the past two days with you guys. Enjoy the fresh fish!!! Sunny good luck with the Army!!!
