Al and Julia
0171Al lives on the west coast of Florida, Ft Meyers area. Julia, Al’s daughter lives in Kansas. They were staying here locally on a family gathering. They decided to call me and try there luck at a day of fishing Sebastian. The inlet tide was high at 1:50 p.m. We met up at 1 p.m. at the Inlet boat ramps. The weather was a little rainy but no lightning. They were cool with getting a little wet. It was raining pretty good when we were catching croakers.

Once we started fishing, it was one after another Snook action for about a solid hour. I was running circles around the console. It was a lot of fun. I think Al caught 5 or 6, the biggest was the last one and it was 20lbs. on the nose. Great job out there Al. Julia did a great job as well, she landed 4 or 5 big Snook. Her biggest was 15lbs. We decided to give the Snook a break and moved in and looked for the Reds. Never did see any but we did hook up and lose 3 Reds. Al and I both saw his and it was a monster. Well, we tried for a bit longer and no luck. The winds were on it and it was a little tricky. That was a great Snook bite and the two of you were great to fish with. I hope we can fish together in the future. Enjoy the Pictures. Thanks again Al and Julia for a great day on the water.
