George and Pete

George  George and Pete met me down at Sebastian Inlet at 5 p.m. and it was raining. We waited for the rain to pass and then took off for the bait spot. It was 6 p.m. and we were limited on daylight. We wasted no time and got to business. We fished for our pins and pigs right up to dark, we ended with plenty. The tide was outgoing in the inlet til 8:30 p.m.

When we started fishing at dark the tide was steadily moving out and it was lightly raining. The boat traffic was not that bad for a Saturday night. George has fished with me before at night and knew what was going on. So I just had to work with Pete. Pete listened well and was on fire most of the night. Once the tide slowed and started to switch to incoming, the fish were on hammering. George and Pete were hooking up on every drift, seriously it was silly. They had there keepers in no time. That place is crazy, some nights you cant buy a slot size fish and other nights you could limit several times over.

After George and Pete wore out the Snook with my cheap hooks, we moved out to play with the Redfish. Pete hooked up first and landed a 22lb. Red. George hooked up next and landed a 30lb. + Redfish. George actually landed two or three of those big Reds. Pete had a monster over 30lbs. as well. It was a great night of fishing. Thanks George and Pete that was a lot of fun. Enjoy the good eatz!
