Fishing around Sebastian Inlet aboard the Attitude Adjustment

By | July 15th, 2016|Day Trips, Jacks, Redfish, Snook|0 Comments

Fishing around Sebastian Inlet aboard the Attitude Adjustment. The weather has just been downright HOT! It is extremely hot this time of year so remember to hydrate quite frequently.

Inshore-The Snook fishing has been good, The bigger fish are on the beaches. There has been some Tarpon along the beaches from Melbourne beaches to Cocoa. Look for the bait pods. The Trout bite has been decent in the river. Using live bait most fish are in the 20 inch range. The big Jack Crevalle have been inside the Sebastian Inlet and a few schools along the beaches.

Offshore- The cold water up welling is starting to fill in. Look for Cobia fishing to improve. The shoals should start holding some fish. Look for Rays and Sharks. The bottom fishing will slow down. Slow troll live baits might be the best bet for action.

Thanks to everyone who has fished with Attitude the past few weeks. I really appreciate your support and allowing me a chance to show you and your family and friends a good time. One last thing, I have the camping and fishing package now available for anyone who wants to live a little, great for a small family! Check out the camping page for more info.

Sebastian Inlet fishing aboard the Attitude Adjustment

By | June 22nd, 2016|Bonita, Day Trips, Dolphin, Grouper, Jacks, Redfish, Snapper, Snook, Spanish Mackeral|0 Comments

Sebastian Inlet fishing aboard the Attitude Adjustment. The weather has changed a bit. The winds have picked up out of the east. The ocean is blown out and choppy. The moon was full on the 20th. The forecast says the weather is going to calm down before the weekend so hopefully we will get back to the flat summer conditions.

Offshore- Before the winds started the bottom fishing had slowed down a bit. We were still catching a few Snapper but just having to work a little harder. A few smaller Kingfish on surface baits. There also a few reports of Cobia around. If your lucky you might even get a Dolphin to swim up to the boat so always have a rod ready with a live bait hook.

Inshore- Along the beaches the Bonita are still going off on the glass minnows which are a lot of fun on light tackle. Also some nice Spanish Mackerel along the beaches. The Snook are spawning in the surf along the beach. The Croakers are close to the beach and work great for the Snook. Make sure to safely release the out of season Snook. Redfish and Jacks have shown back up inside the Sebastian Inlet.

Some highlights of last week, Mike catching a nice Dolphin that swam up to the boat while we were bottom fishing. Ryan and his son catching a big Goliath. Thanks to everyone who fished with Attitude the past week. Hope everyone had a memorable trip! Please if you read this and have a second, drop a comment! Thanks again!

Summer fishing family fun! Attitude Adjustment!

By | June 13th, 2016|Bonita, Cobia, Day Trips, Jacks, King, Redfish, Snapper, Snook, Tarpon|0 Comments

Summer fishing family fun! Attitude Adjustment! June is here and the heat that comes with it. We have had our first tropical storm already which has brought tons of rain to the Sebastian Inlet area. Snook season is closed.

Memorable moments from the past 2 weeks, Jeff and his son Blake catching a 40lb. Cobia. Doug, Jim, and Stephanie from Saltwater and Sport fishing Magazine having a good day aboard the Attitude Adjustment.

Inshore fishing has been rather slow. The river water is dirty with all the fresh water being let out of the St. Sebastian River. Along the beaches we are finding some schools of Jacks and some Tarpon roaming around. A few kings on live bait in the 40ft. range. Schools of Bonita are frothing along the beaches, which is great fun with light tackle.

Offshore fishing, Bottom fishing is good with some decent catches of Mangrove Snapper and of course Red Snapper. A few Cobia are showing up curious and ready to take a bait. The Bull sharks are also in force but no Cobia on them. Amber Jacks are pretty thick and hungry so bring your muscles. The weather is pretty flat and calm, so get out early and get in before the afternoon thunderstorms.
Thanks to everyone who fished with Attitude the past few weeks. Hope everyone enjoyed there trips. You know I would love to receive comments here on this site. So please take a few minutes and drop a positive comment. Thanks again!

Fishing aboard the Attitude Adjustment

By | May 21st, 2016|Day Trips, Grouper, Jacks, Redfish, Snook, Spanish Mackeral|0 Comments

Fishing aboard the Attitude Adjustment. The past two weeks the action has been a little slow. We have been managing to catch a few though. The Redfish and Jacks have been pretty steady. The Snook are a little lazy. The Moon has been full and with all the rain they have been letting tons of fresh water out of the St. Sebastian River. Hopefully the winds will lay sown and the bite will pick up as we get away from the full moon and summer begins. Thanks to everyone who has fished with Attitudefising the past two weeks.

Fishing with attitude around the Sebastian Inlet.

By | May 8th, 2016|Bluefish, Day Trips, Grouper, Jacks, Redfish, Snook, Spanish Mackeral|0 Comments

Fishing with attitude around the Sebastian Inlet. The first week of May produced some decent fish. The Snook bite was a little slow but we managed to catch a few and a handful of keepers. The Redfish bite is producing good numbers. They are all too big to keep though. The Jacks are thick as can be. We are catching plenty while fishing for Snook and Redfish. The Goliath grouper are taking over. They are bigger and hungrier this year. We are losing a fair amount of Snook to them. The laws really need to be changed so we can get rid of a few of these greedy oversized monsters. The winds have been blowing and the ocean has been pretty choppy. It is time to start thinking about Permit and running the beaches. Also Grouper is now open. The Mangrove bite should start picking up as well offshore. Thanks to everyone who fished with Attitude this past week.

The Attitude Adjustment fishing around the Sebastian Inlet. Earlier in the week we had a full moon. The fishing has been a little slow but we have been working a little harder and catching a few nice fish. We caught some big Reds, caught a few keeper Snook and a few over slot. Lots of Jacks and a big Goliath Grouper. The tide in the Sebastian Inlet is last half of outgoing in the morning and incoming through the early afternoon. The Dolphin bite is still hot offshore and I even have heard the bottom bite is on fire. The weather is nice now and should be nice through the weekend. Thanks to everyone who fished with Attitude this past week. Tightlines!

Snook, Redfish, Jacks, Goliath Grouper on the Attitude Adjustment

By | April 21st, 2016|Bluefish, Day Trips, Jacks, Redfish, Snook|0 Comments

Snook, Redfish, Jacks, Goliath Grouper on the Attitude Adjustment. This past week around Sebastian Inlet has been fun. The weather was nice last week, but this week has been pretty windy. Should start laying down. We have still been able to produce some nice fish. The tide is coming in most of the morning. We are cacthing some Redfish, Snook and lots of Jacks. A client Mike caught a nice Goliath Grouper on light tackle. On another trip last week we had a 60lb. plus Cobia next to the boat twice just far enough that I could not gaff it, it finally broke off. What a let down. Good thing we had already caught some other nice fish. Well check out the gallery for some great pics from the previous week. Tight lines!

Spring break on the Attitude Adjustment. I want apologize for not keeping up with the daily blogs. I have just been really busy. I have fished almost everyday, a lot of doubles since March 6th. By the time I get home and cleaned up and play with my Son Sebastian I am literally passing out. Although I have managed to keep up on the current photos in the gallery. The fishing has been on fire and we have caught lots and lots of Snook and Reds. I want to say thanks to everyone who has fished with Attitudefishing the past month and hopefully you understand.

Attitude Adjustment Sebastian Inlet, Bob, Russell, Jackson, and Mike. The weather was perfect today. The tide was outgoing till about noon. The Snook bite did not happen. The Redfish bite was on during the incoming tide. Mike caught the biggest of the day at 38lbs. Between the 4 of them they must of caught at least 15 big Reds. Thanks Bob, Russell, Jackson, and Mike for fishing with Attitude. It was a lot of fun fishing with your group.

Redfish, Redfish, and Redfish, Sebastian Inlet

By | March 14th, 2016|Day Trips, Redfish|0 Comments

Redfish, Redfish, and Redfish, Sebastian Inlet. Jay and his grandkids Nick and Chase. The weather was almost perfect. A west wind had the Sebastian Inlet the calmest I have seen in 2 weeks. Bait was a little difficult to start off this morning. We eventually got on them. Once the tide started in, the Redfish bite turned on. It was the best I have seen in awhile. Every drift we were hooking up. They all caught there share of big Reds. The fish ranged from 14lbs. to 30lbs. I was worn out from handling all the fish when they were on the boat. We got some great pics and created some priceless memories. Thanks Jay it was a pleasure to fish with you, Chase, and Nick.
