Fishing with attitude around the Sebastian Inlet. The first week of May produced some decent fish. The Snook bite was a little slow but we managed to catch a few and a handful of keepers. The Redfish bite is producing good numbers. They are all too big to keep though. The Jacks are thick as can be. We are catching plenty while fishing for Snook and Redfish. The Goliath grouper are taking over. They are bigger and hungrier this year. We are losing a fair amount of Snook to them. The laws really need to be changed so we can get rid of a few of these greedy oversized monsters. The winds have been blowing and the ocean has been pretty choppy. It is time to start thinking about Permit and running the beaches. Also Grouper is now open. The Mangrove bite should start picking up as well offshore. Thanks to everyone who fished with Attitude this past week.
The Attitude Adjustment fishing around the Sebastian Inlet. Earlier in the week we had a full moon. The fishing has been a little slow but we have been working a little harder and catching a few nice fish. We caught some big Reds, caught a few keeper Snook and a few over slot. Lots of Jacks and a big Goliath Grouper. The tide in the Sebastian Inlet is last half of outgoing in the morning and incoming through the early afternoon. The Dolphin bite is still hot offshore and I even have heard the bottom bite is on fire. The weather is nice now and should be nice through the weekend. Thanks to everyone who fished with Attitude this past week. Tightlines!
Snook, Redfish, Jacks, Goliath Grouper on the Attitude Adjustment. This past week around Sebastian Inlet has been fun. The weather was nice last week, but this week has been pretty windy. Should start laying down. We have still been able to produce some nice fish. The tide is coming in most of the morning. We are cacthing some Redfish, Snook and lots of Jacks. A client Mike caught a nice Goliath Grouper on light tackle. On another trip last week we had a 60lb. plus Cobia next to the boat twice just far enough that I could not gaff it, it finally broke off. What a let down. Good thing we had already caught some other nice fish. Well check out the gallery for some great pics from the previous week. Tight lines!
Spring break on the Attitude Adjustment. I want apologize for not keeping up with the daily blogs. I have just been really busy. I have fished almost everyday, a lot of doubles since March 6th. By the time I get home and cleaned up and play with my Son Sebastian I am literally passing out. Although I have managed to keep up on the current photos in the gallery. The fishing has been on fire and we have caught lots and lots of Snook and Reds. I want to say thanks to everyone who has fished with Attitudefishing the past month and hopefully you understand.
Attitude Adjustment Sebastian Inlet, Bob, Russell, Jackson, and Mike. The weather was perfect today. The tide was outgoing till about noon. The Snook bite did not happen. The Redfish bite was on during the incoming tide. Mike caught the biggest of the day at 38lbs. Between the 4 of them they must of caught at least 15 big Reds. Thanks Bob, Russell, Jackson, and Mike for fishing with Attitude. It was a lot of fun fishing with your group.
Redfish, Redfish, and Redfish, Sebastian Inlet. Jay and his grandkids Nick and Chase. The weather was almost perfect. A west wind had the Sebastian Inlet the calmest I have seen in 2 weeks. Bait was a little difficult to start off this morning. We eventually got on them. Once the tide started in, the Redfish bite turned on. It was the best I have seen in awhile. Every drift we were hooking up. They all caught there share of big Reds. The fish ranged from 14lbs. to 30lbs. I was worn out from handling all the fish when they were on the boat. We got some great pics and created some priceless memories. Thanks Jay it was a pleasure to fish with you, Chase, and Nick.
Nothing but Redfish on the Attitude Adjustment. Trip 2 with Steve, Steve, James, and Patti. Great Sunday morning with attiudefishing. The weather is coming around, not as rough as the past week. We were able to get out in the ocean and catch bait. Once the tide started to come in around 9 a.m. it was non-stop Redfish action. Some memorable moments. Thanks Steve, Steve, James, and Patti it was fun getting know and fish with you all the past 2 trips. Thanks again hope to fish with you again next year.
Catching Redfish on the Attitude Adjustment. Gary, Andrew, and Mike. The winds are still blowing about 15-20 out of the south. It is a little difficult to fish. Bait was not an issue today. The tide was outgoing till about 8 a.m. On the Incoming the Redfish were biting. Gary, Mike, and Andrew each caught a big Red. We had a few other on. The Snook were hanging in real close to the jetty and with the south wind it was tough to get to them. It was fun fishing again with Gary and his boys, it had been a few years. Thanks Gary, Andrew, and Mike.
Redfish, Snook, Jacks, and Goliath with attitudefishing. Steve, Steve, James, and Patti. The winds are blowing pretty strong. The tide is incoming to about 12 p.m. We hooked up some Redfish but had a hard time getting them to the boat. We did land one and also caught a juvenile Goliath Grouper. Once the tide switched we started Snook fishing. James caught 2 Snook, one was a keeper. We also had a couple of Jacks. We ended around 2 p.m. Thanks Steve, Steve, James, and Patti for fishing with attitude. It was a pleasure to fish and meet you.
Rough windy weather in Sebastian Inlet. Jerry, Greg and Will. The weather has been really windy. The water is super rough and dirty. Snook fishing is out of the question. It is barely doable on the incoming. We managed to catch a few Redfish today even with the bad conditions. It ended up a pretty fun day. Thanks Jerry, Greg, and Will. It was nice fishing with you.
