Capt. Eric Metcalf was born in Clearwater, FL. in 1974 and moved to the East Coast in 1992 to follow his passion for surfing and fishing. He moved to the Sebastian area where he had traveled to surf throughout high school.
The more he fished the more he wanted to fish and the more natural it began to feel. He realized that there was a good possibility that he had the talent to establish a career in fishing which could support his lifestyle. Eric became USCG licensed in 1998 and has been chasing his dream ever since.
Nowadays Capt. Eric is locally well-known for catching big fish on light tackle. He is a well-rounded Capt. who is fully knowledgeable of inshore and offshore waters, fishing at least five day’s a week. Capt.
